Fair Work Australia - A new approach to creating balance in the workplace.

In January 2010 the 'Fair Work Australia' policy will begin, and the current 'Work Choices' industrial relations laws will be scrapped.

This site is the place to find independant information and latest updates on the new government legislation being implemented by the current Labour Government under Prime Minister Kevin Rudd.

There are many pieces of information on the current workchoices policy including:-
